f) Dont hinder your awareness! Let it flow freely from one part of the body to another.

A lot of us know what we want out of life, but it's also true that very few of us seem to actually get it. We don't have the expensive cars, great mansions, jobs we want, or perfect families. Instead, we struggle, try and fail to get those things, but why? We have the skills and abilities we want, and the winners at this are no better than we are, but we don't know just what attracting abundance means.

What does attracting abundance mean? It means to manifest the desires and needs you have within your subconscious and conscious mind, a means of letting the universe know that you are worthy of having your dreams come true. Once we put our faith in our own abilities and the power of the universe, we will be richly blessed.

Simply, that's because our thoughts have real power. They reflect our needs and desires, our level of self-esteem, and in short directly influence what will be attracted into our lives. If you are self-loathing and don't believe in your own abilities, it's going to be almost impossible to be good at attracting abundance. However, if you train yourself to think positive thoughts and on how to be confident, if you believe you deserve to get what you want and need, your life simply can't do anything but overflow with abundance.

What is it about attracting abundance that some people seem to get and others don't? In fact, no one is special and everyone can do this. It can work well for you, no matter who you are, as long as you harness your thoughts and ask the universe for guidance. Figure out why you want the things you want, and use meditation and self-reflection to help discover just exactly what that is.

If you want to start to attract abundance, use a journal and note cards to record daily thoughts. If you catch yourself in a negative thought, write it down on a card and then change it to something positive. For example, if you write, "I hate my job," that's probably not going to get you something better.

Instead, say something positive, like, "I am very deserving of having a job I love." It can be as detailed about this desire as you want it to be. Write down exactly what you want, including a specific field, the exact salary, the position, and everything. Look at these note cards with the your statements written on them and see yourself getting exactly what you want.

You can also make a box for your goals, and put your note cards, pictures, and anything else that's going to support this positive thinking into it. If you want a house, put a picture of the house you want into the box. If you want a car, put a picture of the car you want into the box.

By the way, fantasy is very important when it comes to attracting abundance. In addition, sleeping and dreaming lets our imagination soar and release its creativity. When relaxed, and more open, and we can fantasize to our heart's content without incurring negative thoughts. To use this, you can focus on your thoughts while you're falling asleep, and ask for what you want from the universe.

You can also meditate in front of a picture that shows what you want to achieve, or in front of your box of goals. Take a look in the mirror every day and say something nice about yourself, so that you increase your confidence.

Remember, too, that once you can actually connect with it, the universe will give you what you want quite quickly. Watch and see; once you fully believe that attracting abundance is easy, see just how easy it doesn't come, and you'll see that obstacles and stumbling blocks simply seem to disappear and melt away.
