Again, remember that the discomfort will be short lived. It's well worth going through them to become smoke-free. When you stop you will also gain all the positive effects of quitting smoking. The good thing about the benefits is that they continue to increase over time as time goes by.

It doesn't hurt to remind you that the problematic symptoms that you experience when you quit smoking will be present just for a few days; and it is worth the discomfort if you want to regain your health and live a healthy life. Once you quit smoking, you will start experiencing the positive effects. The more number of days you go smoke-free, the stronger the effects will become.
