Hence, you should also learn to keep watch on your body mass index; making sure that your BMI falls within the normal healthy range.

So if you want to lose 10 pounds a week, you can break up your entire 40 - minute exercise routine to 4 segments of 10 minutes each or 2 sets with 20 minutes each. The steps may seem really easy, but the challenge comes in when you are actually doing it. So just be patient and all your efforts will pay off. Remember this "lose 10 pounds a week" routine only is only ideal if you want to lose weight prior to a special event or if you want to break out of a weight loss plateau. You cannot do this for a long period of time, as it may be dangerous to your health.
