Of course you may not always have access to a place where you can wash your hands. You should always bring some sanitizing materials with you wherever you go. These items include hand sanitizers and disinfecting sprays. These can be useful because you can easily come in contact with things that are infected with germs. These common things include door handles, public transportation poles and shopping carts. Germs that people have can easily stick onto one of these materials.

Finally you should avoid contacting people if you are sick with flu-like symptoms. If you know anyone who has these symptoms you should avoid them as well. These symptoms include a runny nose, fever, sore throat and diarrhea. These are similar to that of what can be found in the regular flu. However they are also prevalent in the H1N1 flu. Contacting other people when these symptoms are prevalent is not recommended.

The H1N1 swine flu is a dangerous condition. It can move around with ease and feel like other types of the flu. By using some helpful process to avoid the H1N1 swine flu you should use preventative measures.
