There is an online program that I followed to increase my height by more than 2 inches. It is an overall exercise and eating program that promotes height growth in the body. Most short people wish to grow taller but generally arrive at the conclusion that height is genetic and that they would have to accept who they are.

All this has changed with the discovery of spine lengthening and exercises that can be done to promote height growth. The typical results of using this program have been 2 to 3 inches of natural height growth. There are many height increasing exercises that can be used today for growing taller.

2. Some Height Increasing Exercises That You Can Try

The first exercise that you can try is to stretch the spine area near your neck. You can do this by first putting your hand on your chin. As your exhale, bend your neck down and push your chin slightly towards your chest. This should provide a stretching feeling in the back. Repeat this exercise every day and night to stretch and grow the neck area near the spine.

3. The Ear to Shoulder Movement

This is an exercise that will stretch your upper back muscles as well as your spine. It also dramatically improves your posture. You do this by rolling your head from the side of your head to the front, the other side and to the back.
