The primary reason why some people suffer from hair loss or what is called as alopecia is genetics. Vitamin B is the next important vitamin in the list. Medical experts like doctors recommend vitamin B as it helps in promoting growth of healthy hair. Eating meat, turkey, fruits, whole grains and eggs would definitely increase vitamin B in your diet.

Vitamin C: Aside from its effectiveness in treating common colds, it is also good for the skin and hair. Fruits, strawberries, tomatoes and other citrus fruits are the main sources of this vitamin. When taken daily or incorporated in meals, you can sure to have tougher immune system as well.

These vitamins are not only good in helping you have a healthy body but also in having healthy scalp, hair and skin. This is a very affordable way for you to control hair loss. With all the pollutants nowadays that also contributes to hair loss, better to keep the scalp and body healthy to reduce hair loss.
