Tip of the Day: Throw Out Something Everyday

By Pamela Adams

With the heavy pressures provided to us by materialism, it's easy to stock our closets, our cabinets and our bags with all things new. Whenever there's a new gadget or cellphone coming around, we always want to be the first to own them. So the ending: we've got too much stuff stuffed.

Let's take for example buying things from a store that you don't really need, but end up buying. Tendency that every time you buy something, it would pile up and end up in the storage. Stress is like that, even if you don't need it but you will really experience it, and you don't even know how to let go of it. You have to let go of things! Even Stress.

You will really see the difference once you try to relieve yourself from the stress that you are experiencing in your life. Try to organize your life and prioritize, leave the tedious work that it isn't necessary and find ways to simplify your work. Having to work hard but end up being stressed isn't going to help you. You have to learn to let go of things and keep those that are really essential. To relieve stress sometimes is very hard and letting go of things.

As I have to site the lines of the poem by Elizabeth Bishop, it stated there: "The art of losing is not hard to master, so many things seem to be filled with intent of loss that their loss is no disaster. Lose something everyday. Accept the fluster of lost door keys, the hour badly spent. The art of losing is not hard to master. Then practice losing farther, losing faster."

As you can see, throwing something that it isn't really that important is a big thing. So you just have to really keep the things that are most important to you. If you want to relieve stress, just take those adrenal fatigue supplements, not only it would help you take out the stress but also gives you a healthy lifestyle.
